I never recieved my xbox reward points from 2 different occasions can some one help

We only automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. While you can request a scheduled deposit manually, you can only do so once you have 1000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you cannot currently receive a deposit.

still waiting for some help. my other thread got closed so i carnt write anything back on there. the main problem im having is i carnt recieve any email from xbox or xbox rewards and for some reason it wont unregister me at xbox rewards so i carnt sign back

For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Program Questions support forum.

The Xbox Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are 2 separate programs, so it's not just the name changing. Offers from the Microsoft Rewards program are different. You'll earn Microsoft Rewards points for completing them and can use those points
to redeem gift cards (for Live, Xbox, Amazon, etc.). Any credits you have pending on the program should be deposited this month. Otherwise, they will be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as their points.
