Discus and support i never recieved my keys from community goals. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; the last community goals just finished and i was supposed to get 40 keys for getting bingos on the power card and never recieved them. can somebody...     i never recieved my keys from community goals.


    the last community goals just finished and i was supposed to get 40 keys for getting bingos on the power card and never recieved them. can somebody please tell me what happened and do i get them??

    power card rewards not recieved

    i have reached all my goals and the community goals have been reached as well and i never got any keys, and everything started over. i want my keys

    Bingo Keys

    I have now lost out twice on getting keys from meeting the community goal. Once several months ago I never received my 155 keys and again I am having the same issue. I met my goal and the community has since met theirs and still no keys. Now up to the game
    owing me a total of 310 keys. Not sure why they are not being issued but it's very frustrating to go through all the time it takes to meet goals, wait for the community to meet the goal and still end up with nothing.

    Missing Keys

    Did you look to see if they were in the incoming gifts section? That's where I found my keys from the community goal.

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    I never receive my community goal keys. Why Not? I have earned 100 keys several times

    that was my problem before. too. I figured out awhile ago. Try to check in the Menu then social. check if you received any reward keys like I did. I hope I help you :)
