I never recieved a certain token code for EA Access

I had pre-ordered Battlefield 1 Deluxe to get early access and EA 1 month Access. It had only dawned on me that I had never recieved it. I have talked to a support chat names Analyn T. They had given me the code and only after trying different methods of
redeeming Had It hit me that it might have had an expiration date.

I was correct. On a side note, I have had issues with messaging friends as I sometimes don't get messages and sometimes they don't get mine. It probably got lost or I never recieved it. I was wondering if I could still get the code or is it a bit late to
be asking for it?

Did not recieve code for the free oen month of Ea access. BATTLEFIELD 1 PREORDER

i preordered Battlefield 1 and the promtional offer was that you get one month free of ea access however i never recieved a message like it said. When i preordered it said For a limited time pre-order Battlefield™ 1 and receive a code for one month
of EA Access*. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem your EA Access code by November 3, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
but i have not recieved any messages.

please help me

EA Access 1 month promotion code issue

Hello! So a couple of months ago, I recieved a 1 month EA Access code from the promotion "Giving the gift of EA." This promotion was around in February of this year. I recieved the code from the Xbox Live Message Center. I never got a chance to redeem the
code and it expired on May 30th. Is there a way that the code can be un-expired or if I could get a replacement code for it. Thanks!

Unfortunately if your code for your month of EA Access has expired, we are unable to assist further. We do not have a way of reactivating the code or providing a replacement code.

As far as the messaging issues go, you'll want to post up a new thread as that is a separate issue.

I signed up for nhl insiders using the email [Mod Removed] about 3 weeks ago because it says I get a free ea access code for a month but I never recieved it so I spoke to a ea support person that sent me to a Microsoft support advisor that
sent me here to the promotion team to get my code please help.

The demo has already come out. You'll be able to play the game 5 days before the release on EA Access for a limited time for 10 hours. I ordered FIFA17 on August 5th and I should've got a EA Access code but still haven't recieved it. Hopefully I can still
get it before next Tuesday.
