    I never received my rewards for completed the ‘pre order punchcard’ mission


    I pre ordered the 3 games from the list and never received my reward. I pre ordered FIFA 18,

    Star Wars Battlefront 2, and Call of Duty WW2.

    The pre order punchcard from last year , i purchased at least 5 games from the punch card and never received my reward credits

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since your purchase of FIFA 18 was not within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit     http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time
    database to determine local time.

    Two comments about items not credited for

    Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#missions

    Here is the verbiage: "When will I receive my Rewards Credits? Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident
    Evil 7: Biohazard     is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017."

    Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    If you only recently purchased a pre-order of Dragon Ball, we have not received that data yet.
