hello, I never received any of my free halo master chief collection codes for playing that game at launch.

MCC ODST Code

Hi,

I received an email earlier in the year about receiving a free copy of Halo ODST (due to the early issues surrounding Halo MCC). I never ended up redeeming the code by the July 31st deadline and was wondering if I could get a new code/instructions on how
to get the free content.

I also have not received any of the content, and ODST only shows up in the store for $5

Maybe it's downloading the free Halo ODST that was given away to all early purchasers of Halo MCC?

Theory of Game

The notification you received stated that the game was ready to launch. Games (like Halo MCC) can be set up so that they can be started and some content played without needing the entire game downloaded. The game is still downloading in the background,
and when it finishes you'll have full access to the game and its multiplayer.

Hi! Did you access the game via the Xbox Insider app to see if you can download it from there?

yeah I did and it didn’t appear. There was no downloadable content for the Halo MCC.
