I never received my Gears of War Xbox 360 collections after buying Gears of War 4 on 10/20/16

I Gears of War 4 digitally although the Xbox Live store 10/09/16 preordained. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 13/10/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
again on 15/10/16 and was told to "wait 7-10 days. " now he has passed this period and I am waiting and not yet received anything

I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 digitally though the Xbox Live store on 10/9/16. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 10/13/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
again on 10/15/16 and was told to "Wait 7-10 days." I am contacting again now because I either want a refund or I want the Gears of War collection that I could have gotten on day one if I had of just bought a physical copy of the game from any local retailer.

Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One.It is also have it righr now.And my friend also receive the code.I don't know why?!!!

Codes are still being sent out for Gears of War 4. Generally the wait is 30 days from the day of purchase, make sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages for communication. Thanks for your patience!
