I never received my game code to my email for my game download

Hey there -

What is the promotion/game download code you are referring to? We need more information to know how to best assist or where to point you for assistance.

I have not received my code either for gears of war ultimate edition. I bought the Xbox entered my code on the website specified but never got an email with the code to redeem the game..... any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your spam? Also your Xbox live messages? If not they are releaseing the code to everyone next month jaunary 2013 i believe. Ive also heard they have been resending codes. Just sit back and hope it come or you might have to wait till it comes
out for everyone.

The free game is downloaded by the user by searching the marketplace for the game or going to
www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold and clicking the link to take you directly there. Alternatively, you can visit the Games with Gold on your Xbox and download it there. The 01-Sep
thru 15-Sep download is Magic the Gathering 2013. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you,
