    Can you clarify if you're signed in with the same account that originally purchased Fallout 4? If you're using the same account did you purchase the game from the Xbox Store or from another retailer?

    We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!

    If you haven't already, please check out our Gears of War: Xbox 360 Collection FAQ to make sure you have everything covered to be eligible! I never received my Fallout 3 code with purchase of Fallout 4 :)

    Did you purchase the physical version or a digital code? If it was the disc version, the code will already inside the case. Let us know what version you purchased so we can continue to narrow this down.

    I purchased the physical copy and there was no code inside. I was told it would be sent to me within 10 days.
