I never received my 3 month groove pass

I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

 

Groove Music - August / Labor Day Promotion

I signed up for Groove Music Pass under the Labor Day Promotion. I was supposed to receive 2 separate 3 month passes by email but I never received those passes.

When did you sign up for Groove within this promotion? It was recently, the codes are sent out within 30 days of when you signed up, be sure to keep an eye out on your e-mail for communication.

 

I'm having the same issue. It said my 1 month trial ended september 23. However, I checked both my email and my xbox messages and I have not recieved any codes

 

Same boat as you. I started my own post here 6 days ago and received a response from Mister Maza asking where I signed up for the promo. I told him I signed up on the website. I sent this response 3 days ago and he hasn't responded
back. I contacting xbox live chat again to get his resolved. But at this point I am not holding my breath.

 

I have yet to receive mine, I started my trial August 1st, got charged for another month Sept 1, contacted support 3 times, telling me they will follow up but never received a follow up or my code, and now the third rep has told me to post here. I hope
someone can get this figured out otherwise I'm cancelling this week.
