I never received my 15,000 credits for pre-ordering Forza Horizon 3 from Microsoft Store.

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition on 6/21/16. I also pre-ordered ReCore on 7/9/16. These are the only titles that I've pre-ordered from Microsoft Store this year. I know the promotion states the Xbox Rewards members would get 15,000 credits
for their pre-orders rather than the $10 Microsoft Store gift card that's being offered to everybody else. I also know that there is a limit of up to 3 game pre-orders that can be eligible during the promotional period. I only have 1 email address that I
use for everything, so mismatched emails isn't the issue either. On 9/19/16, I received 15,000 credits from the ReCore pre-order. It has now been 1 month since I've had Forza Horizon 3 & at the time of this posting I still haven't received my 15,000 credits
for this game. It's not in any sort of pending status either. I never even received a $10 gift card in lieu of the 15,000 credits that was listed on the original order. I've received no pre-order incentive whatsoever. Any help on getting this resolved
would be greatly appreciated. I called Xbox Customer Support & I was told to take my concerns to this forum... how convenient.

Forza Horizon 3 GT350r Pre Order code not received.

I pre ordered Forza Horizon 3 form the Microsoft store and have not received my code for the Gt350r yet.

 

FM7 Pre-Order Haven't received 10 virtual keys or 5,000 credits

I pre-ordered Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition on September 12th and haven't received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering. I purchased the game on the Microsoft Store with my account linked to my gamertag. I also haven't received the 5,000 credits to
my account for the pre-order.
