I never received my $10 gift card after preordering a game on the Xbox store.

I pre ordered "The Eldee Scrolls V: Skyrim" on the Xbox store because in the description it stated that I would receive a $10 Microsoft gift card after receiving the game. I have downloaded and played the game, but have not received the gift card. Any suggestions?
Am I just unaware of how to get it? I purchase another game to see if I'd get the $10 off, and I didn't.

Never received email or any account credit for preorder promotion

I was to receive a $10 Gift Card for preordering Gears 4 from the microsoft store. In my account history it says completed but I have never received the code in my email nor have I been credited on my account. Supposed to have it within ten days of games
release, the game came out on the 11th and its now the 26th.

Xbox Live Rewards Problem

I bought an Xbox one game from the Microsoft Store on September 5, 2016 which was Fifa 17 physical copy. I never got the 10 dollars Microsoft store gift code for preordering the game because I'm a Xbox live rewards member, but I was supposed the get a 15
dollars rewards credit instead but never received that either.

The $10 gift code is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered digitally from the Xbox store, you would not have been eligible for the code. If you did preorder from microsoftstore.com, the code should have been emailed about 10 business days
after the game shipped. you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.

Hello,

All of the Microsoft Store's preorder bonus's are listed as being 10 days after the item is shipped to you. You'll get an e-mail on or around the 10th day with a code for the $10 Xbox Gift Card.
