    Hello,

    I preordered the XBox One Gears of War 4 bundle about 2 months before it came out, and I had it since the day it launched, but I still did not receive the promotion codes for Gears Of War 1,2,3 and judgement as promised by Microsoft. Can someone from support
    please help me out with this? I called Xbox Support and they said the codes would be sent via private message in 1 to 2 weeks but it's already been about a month. I also talked to XBox Support on chat and they sent me to this link. Please help.

    Have not received my Gears of War 360 downloadable codes

    I purchased the Pre-Order Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4 on Oct. 8 and have yet to receive my Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment codes. I am aware that I should have received the codes through Xbox message within the month of purchasing, but have not received
    anything as of yet.

    Same Problem here, it says that all Pre-Orders of Gears of War 4 includes the entire series like GoW 1,2,3 and judgment.

    ... ive Pre-Orderer the Limited Console Xbox one s 2tb and no download option for the other games.

    I Pre-Ordered the Console from Autria ...so there is no problem to get all Games.
