I never received for buying games

Since I signed up for xbox rewards, I bought games in Microsoft store and I never received any % back for it. Could somebody find out how this is possible? I contacted support first but they told me to ask here cause they don't know anything about it.

It would be nice if somebody could answer my question

Pixels Promotion

I never received my code for Geometry Wars 3 after buying Pixels.

I also never received Halo Spartan **** for preordering Halo 5 Premium.

Not being rewarded

ever since i got my xbox one ive never received rewards for buying games and ive bought alot of games digitally

Hello MiSS NievA,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

For example, looking over your purchases, we see that the majority of them were for in-game consumables (usually in-game currency like Destiny Silver or FIFA points, just to name a few). Since those purchases were not a part of any offer, they did not award
Credits. Since those purchases are not eligible for MyVIP, they did not award MyVIP progress. Since you do not have any MyVIP stars, they did not award payback either, but again, since consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, they would not have awarded MyVIP
payback, even with any MyVIP stars.

Hey Fondle, those players that downloaded it for free will only be able t oaccess it for a short period of time. It will be a trial of sorts and then they will be required to purchase it. Please see here:

www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold and clicking the link to take you directly there. Alternatively, you can visit the Games with Gold on your Xbox and download it there. The 01-Sep

Unfortunately you would have had to follow up with support at the time of the promotion. Since it's been well over a year since the promotion ended, there would no longer be a way to get a code.
