    I never received $10 promo code offered with a preorder of Gears of War 4


    I preordered Gears of War 4 during the first week of October, and it is already over a month and I still haven't received the $10 promo code. I have talked to multiple representatives already, it was never sent to my email or xbox messages.

    Never got $10 from PreOrdering GOW4 via PayPal

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 via the digital store on 10/06/2016 and was supposed to receive a $10 code for buying it via PayPal.

    I've been looking online and other people have received their promotional codes. I've received everything else (the older game tokes & preorder items).

    Please help.

    You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them. Keep in mind, if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the gift code.

    No I contacted customer support for microsoftstore.com and they made me talk to xbox support which then made me talk to microsoftstore.com, which then made me talk to xbox support, which then made me talk to microsoftstore.com, and a couple more times back
    & fourth until they told me to leave a comment here.

    Sounds like there's some confusion over where the purchase was made which would affect eligibility for the $10 (or 15,000 Rewards credits). Did you purchase your copy of Gears of War 4 on your Xbox One console, the Microsoft Store app on a PC, or via the
    website?

    They are confused, I told them through my Xbox One console but they say I did it through the online website store. I'm not sure what it truly shows up on their end.

    The game had to be preordered from microsoftstore.com in order to receive the code. Digital purchases from the Xbox store are not part of that offer.
