    I bought a $8.00 vbuck card from walmart and just redeemed it. I never got the vbucks i contacted epic and they said i need to contact xbox support to see what gamertag did the vbucks go to.

    is this on console or pc, if pc then vbucks need to be purchased via epic or in game, if on console check your purchase history to confirm then contact support.
