    I never got my Golden God badge in MyChallenges? Why not?


    I never got my Golden God badge in MyChallenges? Why not? I am missing the 400 gems that I will get from this. This badge is still greyed out in "MyChallenges"

    My Xbox Live membership has been active for many, many years, consecutively. I would like my gems, so I can convert them into credits on my account, before the vault close

    Xbox Rewards My Challenges Badges

    I was doing some research on the badges since I only have one and found that I am missing some. I think it's due to the fact that my tenure isn't reported correctly even though in my prior thread you told me there was no problem. I am speaking of these
    badges.

    Golden Child: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 3 consecutive months, earn 100 MyVIP Gems

    Golden Age: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 6 consecutive months, earn 200 MyVIP Gems

    Golden God: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 12 consecutive months, earn 400 MyVIP Gems

    I have had Xbox live since before beta and there has never been a lapse. I have been in xbox rewards since shortly after it launched. Why then do I only have the Golden Child badge?

    Here is the prior thread where you told me that my tenure not showing wasn't a big deal.

    Since gems just started on October 1, it has not been enough time to complete that offer yet.

    Hi RenatoGuga. This MyChallenge started December 1, 2017. To get the Golden Age and Golden God, you'll need to have 6 months and 12 months from when the offer started.
