I never got my Gears of Wars 360 keys for GoW Ultimate

Discus and support I never got my Gears of Wars 360 keys for GoW Ultimate in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I never recieved my keys even tho I purchased and played Geara of War Ultimate at launch.     I never got my Gears of Wars 360 keys for GoW Ultimate


    I never recieved my keys even tho I purchased and played Geara of War Ultimate at launch. Is there any way to get the keys I deserve? I am a 13 year Xbox live beta teste vet, I'm very disappointed I was never sent the keys.

    Hopefully you can send a xbl message with the keys.

    Gears of War 4 Ultimate: Ultimate Edition

    Hi guys, I just got GoW 4 Ultimate Edition and it seems it comes with 4 additional games.

    I'm wondering if the Gear of War game code is for the new Gear of War Ultimate Edition for XBOX ONE? From a promotional picture I saw it was the 360 version, why would they do that?

    I purchased and played, played Gears of war ultimate edition and 3 keys came through to unlock the other games in the series, unfortunately one for Gears of war 2 never arrived? I have checked my messages.

    One of the requirements to receive the codes was that you be at least 17 years old. Since you're 13, you would not have been eligible.

    Same here. Only Gears of war judgment worked for me, which got me thinking.

    I owned GOW 1,2,3 on xbox 360, but I never owned Judgment, maybe the reason for it not working because It registered my old games? I'm just thinking out loud here. Can anyone confirm this?

    Interestingly I've just found a message from 2015 with a key for Gears of War 2 that I got with the original purchase of Gears of War ultimate edition remaster, and when I try to register with THAT key it says duplicate key....

    Can you please let me know what the next steps are as I'm spinning in circles here
