    I never got my code for NHL17


    I ordered this game on 7-30-16, order 567453557924618943

    I did not get a code to either of my microsoft emails.

    $10 EA Access credit never recieved. Got two messages sayinh $5 was added to my acc but never was

    On Monday when my EA Access ended I got two messages saying $5 would he added to my account for game trials I was unable to use which were Madden NFL 17 and NHL17 but the $10 credit in total was never added to my account

    I never received the HUT packs and the exclusive contents for NHL17

    I played NHL17 every day and I had never received one

    Disregard. I went to my dashboard and it says I already purchased it even though I didn't download it. Magic I never got my code for NHL17 :)

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. Since your region was transitioned
    out of the Xbox Live Rewards program before this prize was available in the vault, this card and email was likely not from our program.

    I checked everything and I did every thing correctly, The games il fully installed and I also checked regularly if it was in the "other rewards" like you said and i didnt have anything either since the day nhl17 came out
