    i wanted to use it to play a game but i opened the microsoft story and saw no free trial and was confused because i have never had or used game pass or any free trial before and i thought i was supposed to have one?

    This is not a trick. I myself used the trial period from Game Pass Ultimate just fine and never got billed before the trial period ended.

    Is the charge for the $15.95 showing on your Microsoft account payments?

    I had that problem last month with Supreme Commander 2. It never showed up as free all month and I never got to download it.

    Free Trials are only available via console during the sign-up process (as in brand new account) and you can only get 3 trials per console. If you didn't go thru the sign-up process portion that takes you thru the free trial offer then you are likely not
    eligible or declined it at the time. Sorry, but you missed out.

    When you create an account for the first time (up to 3 accounts per console) it asks you if you want the Gold trial. You have to supply a credit card. No one will send you a membership code and it's against forum rules--and general internet safety concerns--to
