I NEVER GET THE REWARDS FOR THE GAMES I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THE MICROSOFT STORE

Essentially, the purchases you have been making have not been eligible for any offers or VIP rebates which is why you have not been receiving credits.

I agree. This is gonna be the worst thing for the people who have been in the Xbox live rewards program for years or anyone that has done everything so they could get a higher level in the Reward points. Trying to get your gamerscore higher so you can get
a larger Reward when you buy a game from the Microsoft store. And doing all the missions and other things so you could get a good Reward in the VIP Vault . Now all the hours of time was a waste of time. I can tell you this every game I have bought the last
4 years has been from the Microsoft store even my new Xbox one and elite controller was bought from the Microsoft store and one of the main reasons was Because Of the Xbox live rewards program. So when they end this. When Xbox Live Rewards account is no longer
available I will never buy another game from the Microsoft store again.

I agree I think that Microsoft is just trying to save money. They don't care about the people like you and me. I have had a Xbox live rewards account for 3 years and have bought Every Xbox game I own from the Microsoft store. But
if they merge Microsoft rewards with Xbox LIVE Rewards I will never buy another item off of the Microsoft store ever. I've spent thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store that's where I bought my Xbox One and my new Xbox one x and my Microsoft Xbox One Elite
controller I have purchased so many things from the Microsoft store I can't even name all of them. And I'm not some kid. I'm a adult that just enjoys gaming but I will find another place to purchase all my gaming gear and games if they do away with the Xbox
LIVE Rewards program because I will not have any reason to buy from Microsoft store. And I can get everything cheaper

Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month
or so. Please fix the Vip Vault With The Microsoft Rewards points card. And getting Rewards points for my purchases from the Microsoft store. Thank you and have a blessed day
