I need your help with NBA 2K23

I already did your steps but it still doesn't work, the game is downloaded by default to the internal hard drive

Did you try the steps already? Are you using an external hard drive to install your game?

Were you able to play this game fine before? Do you have another profile that we can try? Just to check if it works on another profile without issues.

Try to do a reset on the console to see if this can help.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If that does not help, try tuning of HRD and play the game.

On your Xbox go to Settings, go to TV and display options.

Set the resolution to 1080

Under Advanced to the right click on video modes

Uncheck Allow 4K and HDR10

Restart the console then start the game.

The Jordan edition?
