my xbox will connect to xbox live it just takes a while, and if i stay inactive for any length of time i am DC'd, i can't change membership, it says " can't retrive information from Xbox LIVE.Please try again later. Statis code: 80190864" it has been a few
days amd nothings changed. I want to order a family pack gold, and this is starting to frustrate me, Please help.

A trial is not a full gold membership.

You need a full gold subscription in order to download the free games & on the xbox one you need to remain gold in order to play any games with gold title.

A 14 day trial only gives you limited access to some gold features.

In future it's always best to start your own thread if you have an issue you need help with.

You need to have a gold subscribtion in order to play online on the xbox 360 platform.

Add a payment metheod to your account and you could buy gold subscribtion directly from the official xbox site!
