I need urgent help

Look, I've been playing Reimbow six for 3 years, only I stopped playing it since I used to play on my Xbox and that and now that they've switched me to PC I wanted to download it again and I thought they were going to give it to me for free since I I had bought it on the Xbox but no and I said well I checked with the Xbox and I realized that I couldn't so I bought it again I bought the normal reimbow six since I said how on the Xbox I bought the dulex edition or ultimate edition they're going to give me everything I have because I bought the normal one etc ps: I have the same account at ubisoft that my name appears on the Xbox and all that, but today when I get into the game it appears that I don't have anything that I had before only the characters that they give you at the beginning and I ask them why the characters do not appear if it is the same account, please help. I wanted to know if there is any way to recover everything.

Rainbow Six: Siege currently supports cross-play and cross-progression in the same family of consoles, and between PC and Stadia.

This means you can move your progress between either your PC and Stadia account, your PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, or your Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

From what I understand, you don't get your Xbox characters and progress on PC.

Have you tried disconnecting your harddrive then reconnecting it or formating it to see if that works?

Did you already put the code in? There should be a card in the box somewhere with a prepaid code for the game.
