i could not do it according to instructions. mainly i do not like children pictures in my computer.

I do not understand why it is so complicated.

I would edit your post, so you can explain how to remove the Xbox app using Powershell. It would assist the customer in a better way.

Xbox is built into the Windows 10 operating system, from what I've experienced - I've also read about Powershell, and is recommended for advanced users.

My best advice, would be to remove the tile by unpinning it from your Start menu, and to turn off notifications in Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > scroll to the bottom and turn off which apps you won't want notifications from.

If it's the advertising that's bothering you, regrettably, there is no way to turn that off, unless you take your PC offline. If your query is about something completely different, or a different device, feel free to reply to this thread again and we'll
collectively try and point you in the right direction, if we can.

We're not quite sure why you want to remove the Xbox App, or what you mean by "i do not like children pictures in my computer"?

You can indeed remove the Xbox App from Windows 10, but we can not guarantee that it won't be re-activated after a later Windows update. The Xbox App is integrated into the Windows 10 Operating System, and such can
not be removed entirely. The app itself takes up very little storage, uses no system resources when not in use, and will not slow down your device.

To remove the Xbox App from Windows 10, please follow the instructions below:

Right click on the Windows 10 Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Type or paste into the Powershell Window the following command:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

As per the below image and press return.

Wait until the process has completed as per below screenshot. When it's done, close the PowerShell Window.
