    Yea man this happened tome this kid was calling me trash when i was afk and forgot to leave the game cause i left and i didnt know why he did it at first when i got back i just saw his message and he was cursing me so much and said one bad word back to
    him and got banned for 15 days

    I'd also like to mention that EULAs are near unenforceable given that all too often to read them you have to open the product and by opening the product you are technically accepting the EULA.

    How do I get my Xbox banned?

    Thing with banning a console is it's irreversible so even if you get your console back you're still down a few hundred quid for a new one anyway. Moreover there's no guarantee the thief will take it online so a ban for that console may be unenforceable.

    It's called fair use here in the United States. Mostly, or in general, legal and/or unenforceable. Copy right owners may have recourse to pursue if say you are allowing others to copy or
    download from you. Most of this type of stuff really hasn't been adjunicated on a large scale.
