Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

If data is saved on the Cloud then it will be available but otherwise you need to save the content onto your Hard Drive for it become available in the game. If that doesn't work then you might need to License Transfer your content from your old account to
your new one. You can do that via xbox.com and by going to your account.
