    XBOX BAN?

    Sounds like someone gained access to the account (presumably the person who stole the console), got it banned, and then appealed the ban and it got rejected.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do as you can only ask for action on an Enforcement that has occurred in the past 12 months

    Too many people have this as their home xbox

    Set youe profile to log in via controller so you dont need to set it as home of there are other members who set it as home. I believe its one account rhat can set as home oer xbox.
