I need to reset xbox 360 console but don't remember my passcode or secret question answer

If you don’t remember your pass code question or don’t know the pass code for your Xbox 360, you can reset the pass code online.

You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your pass code online:

Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.

The console must be registered in your name.

Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab.

Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details.

Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.

@MAITLEN - If you cannot remember either the code or the secret questions to reset the passcode you will need to contact XBOX Support for your region in order to get help to reset it manually.

The Family Passcode can only be reset by 1) Entering the passcode, or 2) Answering the secret question. Recovering will not reset this code.

Hey Canine! First, there is no factory-set password for family settings. If you don't remember this passcode and don't remember the secret question, you'd need to contact phone support to have them assist you. You will need to prove ownership of the parent
account and/or console to do this. Thanks!
