    My console is not even my home console and cant get it reset by the support

    xbox support is the only people that can reset the Home xbox counter if the account is eligible for a reset if support told you they can not reset it then you will have to wait the year to change your home console.

    You can try contacting support
    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us     & they may reset the limit for you but they are under no obligation to do so.

    As a rule you can only set your home console 3 times every 12 months.

    As blueamcat stated, sharing account information is against the Xbox Live terms or service. However, it is strange you cannot play a game you own.

    I would verify that the account is connected to xbox live. If it is, my next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the game. If you own it, you should be able to install and play it again not problem.

    Hmm. Im not sure why your game isn't working, but sharing your account info is against the Xbox terms of service. If you have a game you own and can't play it, try a power cycle. Turn off and unplug the console for a minute and then try again. You can
