I need to request a refund but I cannot get it to work.

If so, select it and finish the refund request. If the title of the game is not showing on the refund list however, you will need to select "Why don't I see my purchase in the list?" and manually type the order number of the purchase (make sure you got the number correct) and finish the remaining steps.

Keep in mind that the refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

It's on console and I cant request a refund because I need the order number and I cannot request a refund because I would need the order number from my purchase history but the purchase isn't there.

Sorry, but they cannot be transferred. The only thing I can suggest is to request a refund in favour of getting them for FIFA 19. Try explaining that in the refund request and see if it gets approved

I have had 2 emails and my account shows that a refund was authorised but no money has ever been sent.

Now I get emails saying I cannot have a refund so this needs to be looked into further than a request page.
