    As mentioned you won't be able to get a refund for this and only if you bought the code on your account through the Xbox store would you be able to request a refund, how you tried to today.

    unfortunately once redeemed there's no way to reverse it at all, if it's showing on your account, then you own it and cannot then be changed in any way. Xbox doesn't deal with any third party bought codes, so Xbox cannot do anything to help in this situation.

    Sorry, be sure before redeeming you are certain the content is what you want
