I need to re entry my redeem codes

Discus and support I need to re entry my redeem codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; i got the gears of war 4, with it another 4 redeem codes for the remastered xbox 360s Gears, had a problem with the redeem codes and i need possibly...     Best Buy DLC Code Missing Digits

    Yes.... they can be entered in-game... however, they still need to be 25 digits, regardless of where you redeem them. (It's a package on the marketplace, so it has to conform to MS standards.) The in-game code entry merely opens up the redeem code screen
    identical to that from the dashboard.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hey Horse DM,

    Could you post back with the error code you receive when you try to redeem those codes? We are unable to supply new codes, only the codes that were originally sent. Once we have the error code you're receiving, we'll be able to understand what the issue
    may be and troubleshoot from there!

    If you happen to receive a region related error code (such as XBOS-3012 or 0x80150017), that error may indicate that your Xbox Live account region does not match the region you're physically located in. If you live in a region that
    differs from your account region, please migrate your Xbox Live account region to the region you're physically located in using our
    Xbox Live Account Migration Tool and let us know how it goes!

    If you are getting a different error than the one I detailed above, please post back with that error code so we can assist further. Thanks!

    Have you tried to redeem the code in the Xbox store? I am not super familiar with manage games code entry, but you may have better luck trying to redeem the code in the Microsoft/Xbox Store right on the console! Best of luck! :)

    cant redeem points code!!!

    I got the same problem but when i needed to press `A` to confirm to redeem the 15$ card on my xbox live account ,I accidently press `B` so now if i re enter the code it said that i already redeem the code ...BUT I DONT HAVE THE 15$ ON MY ACCOUNT ??

    So I just got my constellation edition today , I got to enter the code into the console store. I get to the screen to redeem it, I hit redeem and it said “something went wrong”.
