    ive been paying with the same credit card number i think and i had zero problem then recently u gave me a notice of late payment and now that i want to pay it with a new credit card i guys dont even wanna let me pay you my monthly subscription......i cant
    even find a damn number to call you anywhere....

    This is completely not making any sense i alwayd paid my stuff

    Hi, so I put my mom’s credit card in my Xbox account to buy 12-month Xbox Gold. Then my mom’s credit card expired and I forgot to remove the credit card from my Xbox account. Then, a year passes, and since my xbox says I have a subscription to Xbox Gold,
    then it automatically gave me another 12-month Gold. I tried to remove the card but it said that my card is still used for one subscription on my account, to change your payment option or turn off auto-renew for my subscription. So i went to my subscriptions
    and it said “ $59.99 past due “ and then it says “ Pay with: Visa ****** (needs attention) “ Is the only way to remove this card is to add a different card to pay the $59.99 that I owe?

    Paying for past due subscriptions !Problem!

    In subscription section, this message is written;

    Make a payment to restore your subscription. It's currently suspended because it's past due 179,00 ₺

    The message is written because my credit card date is expired and i assigned a new credit card.

    When i try to make pay now and select the valid credit card, i get the message

    We’re processing your payment of 179,00 ₺. Going forward, we’ll use Visa ** **** for your Altın – 12 Aylık subscription.

    But nothings happened and i cannot to connect xbox live.

    I think payment option is stucked on the old credit card numbers.

    Please help

    no answer here....no answer after 1 hour of waiting on a phone list.....this is seriously not making any sense i want to pay you but for no damn reason you guy dont want my credit card when i can buy anything with it.....

    For billing issues, you will have to work with phone or chat support. That is the only way to contact the billing department. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

    It's the same thing here. I just took a one-year subscription with the offer of the moment "33% discount over one year" or 40 Euros. Payment has been made, but as you say because of a confirmation or activation delay, the "Xbox Live Gold" subscriber functionality
    remains inaccessible. I disconnected my profile 1 time, I try to create a group of friends but the system sends me on the store to subscribe. I disconnected it a second time for 30 minutes same operation same result; then I disconnect a 3rd time, then I connect
    to a group of friends, and there, it worked. So after confirmation of the payment by email and the confirmation to be subscribed when you go in profile then "manage", it is written, that "bug".
