I need to make a complaint

Discus and support I need to make a complaint in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received an unjustified com ban.     I need to make a complaint


    I received an unjustified com ban. The questionnaire mislead me into giving wrong answers by butchering the questions and now I can't appeal my case for 24 hours. I would like to file an official complaint about Xbox/Microsoft. Can anybody provide a link?
    Because the website seems to only allow you to complain about other players.

    thank you for the two links. but i need issue to a complaint do they have a procedure for this? as i'm being punished btw i have solid grounds for said complaint.. as before thanks

    The enforcement team does not use these forums. You can only contact them via the case review process once you have another chance at the quiz.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide a new code for something you lost.

    How do you know he is not an ambassador, isn`t everyone one of them these days?

    Claiming to be an ambassador breaks no rules.

    Reporting on your console is all you can do.

    Blocking and muting him will stop all his messages, if he uses other accounts block and report them too.
