I need to link my xbox gaming account to 2k account to play nba but it says my account is...

Please help me I am 12 years old and want to play 2k but I need a my player account but everytime I try to make one and link it with my Xbox account it just keeps saying sorry not eligible for linking

You would have to contact 2K, all linking of accounts happens on the servers of the company you’re trying to link your Xbox account to. All they do is ask Xbox for permission essentially

You don't have to have xbox live gold to make a myplayer account or character. To play online yes, but not to make the account. All you need is an emai address and a birthday. I don't know if there is an age limit. You just enter the email address,
put in a birthday, check your email and click on the link in the message from nba 2k. Then it takes you to a page that says your account has been verified.
