I need to know if a friend will get banned.

A friend has started doing this thing where he refunds Vbucks and then gets vbucks with the money and he would like to know if he can get banned for doing this, please help.

my friend is a hacker and keeps kicking me offline and he says if i report him i’ll get banned
In addition to the above, go right ahead and report him. There is no need to tell him you've done this either as he will not know.

The only person getting banned here is him.

Also, he's no hacker.
