    I don't know why my rewards.

    Account It's suspended but I would like to how long it is until I can use it again.

    I get absolutely no replies from rewards support AT ALL... just a "case closed" email. Anyone else?

    I can find no forum anywhere on Microsoft for the Rewards program. Is it some kind of rogue agency?

    The biggest problem i have right now is that my Rewards account was suddenly suspended. For over a week I have been submitting support requests to find out why it was suspended and what I need to do to get access to it again.

    FOUR support requests (so far) have gone unanswered but were closed.

    I talley up what i earned last month.

    At first I thought this thread was about how many MS points he made in a month in the rewards program. I was thinking, "Damn, I didn't realize the rewards program was so lucrative?!"

    hey there :)

    Remember that points are rewarded in 96 hours...

    So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support ;)
    96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.
