I need to know about the status of my warranty service request

I raised a warranty service request, from which I received the label for sending the device by email, and the shipment was made, which was made by the store where I bought the device that
was Best Buy Mexico after I delivered the label provided By Microsoft, this was on November 15, 2020.

After that, I have been checking the status on the Microsoft page, but it only tells me that it is waiting to receive the device, it does not advance the status, so I am not sure if the
device has already been received or even shipped. In the store they only tell me that it has already been sent and that Microsoft must confirm it, but they have not received that confirmation.

My order is the number 1512575770 and the serial number of the device is 242953393016, it is an Xbox One.

On the support page I only see the virtual agent and it does not solve anything for me, I need to speak to a person to confirm what will happen with my device. I attach the image of the

It does sound like your controller may need servicing, You should be able to confirm the warranty status of the controller

using this link and if the controller is under warranty you will also be able to create the service request.

Do you know if your console is still under warranty? If not when you create a repair request they will let you know the cost of repair.

May I ask if the controller was sent to Microsoft for repairs or to a 3rd party repair company?
