Discus and support I need to have my controller repaired but web form doesn’t work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried 3 accounts 4 devices to fill in the stupid web form to have my forth yes forth controller series 2 elite fixed as I refuse to pay another...     I need to have my controller repaired but web form doesn’t work


    I have tried 3 accounts 4 devices to fill in the stupid web form to have my forth yes forth controller series 2 elite fixed as I refuse to pay another 160 pound after 5 month but it will not let me add an address so form locks up and won’t let me continue I try calling and get we don’t support this issue over the phone

    I’ve done this it will not allow me to add and address I’ve asked for calls they don’t call for this issue

    If it is under warranty, you can enter the link below and make your request. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us Then do this: click Xbox > Accessories > Chat or Call Support. There they will ask for the control code that is in the part where you put the batteries and they will tell you how to proceed. Then when everything goes well, the attendant will give you a code that is where the control will be sent.
