I need to get unbanned please!

This guy was suppose to be helping me out on my 2k player he was asking did what phone service I have I asked him why he said it was part of his system so I told him then he said he needed my email and password to sign in so he can do it so let him
on then he made my phone bill go up then that’s when I started getting notifications saying my password changed this was when I didn’t have my other phone to recover it because I was on vacation so I’m just now coming back home and I got my account back. And
yeah I get mad when someone lie to me like that. The guy gamertag is “[Mod Removed - Personal Information]” report his account as FRAUD he needs to get BANNED ASAP!!!

code of conduct. The Xbox forum ambassadors, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions. If you would like to inform the enforcement team of another player's violation, we recommend

reporting the player to the enforcement team. If you would like to appeal a suspension that was placed on your account, we recommend submitting a case review at the Xbox enforcement website. They will handle the issue accordingly. We hope this helps!

No one here can help you get your ban lifted. I totally see it as your fault of trusting a stranger online and giving your credentials. Things could have been much worse if you had your payment information such as PayPal or credit card stored in your account,
and that guy could have bought lot of items on your card.

anyone.

You would need to file a complaint on the other player via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him and take action.
