I need to find out if my console has already been opened

If the seal / sticker on the back of the xbox is not there or if it appears to be tampered with then it won't be available for repair.

There's no other notification within the Xbox itself other than that sticker. The repair center has their own method to determine if the Xbox has been tampered

i need to find this out too it has been bugging me since the console came out!

Thanks for posting that info. I'm afraid that support will no longer take your console back for repairs as you've already taken it apart. They will not touch a console that has been opened, even if you pay for it.

You'll need to purchase a new console.

As previously mentioned by Fibre and Daft Badger. Console suspensions are permanent and are not case reviewable. It looks like your account had possibly also received a suspension that was reviewable. Which is why you might have been able to perform a case
review. While accounts have the option for a case review and for reversals, consoles do not.

From the Enforcement website
