I need to erase an email and add one

Yes. You can go to manage account and find the email thats linked with your account. If there isn't one, then just add the one you want. If there is one, erase it and put the one you want in. Not sure if this still happens, you can only change your email
linked with your account every 30 days.

Sorry to hear it. If you've been playing offline and your account was accidentally erased there is no way to get it back. You should create a new one and add an email address such as you've done with the account you're posting with to prevent this in the
future.

So I could only just add an email I have access too and that’s it. I don’t wanna erase her Microsoft email. But in order for me to have full access to the Xbox profile I’d have to do that. That’s unfortunate, thanks for the clarification though.

First you need to erase from your Xbox the data of your "old gamertag" And then go to Recover gamertag or Add gamertag in the profiles from your xbox.

Now introduce the data: Email and Password to access.

If this works Xbox will download now the new data of the gamertag and it will change.
