    I need to contact the Xbox enforcement team by any means necessary


    I am struggling to get my Xbox account back due to the fact that I need the Xbox enforcement team to help me but it seems like there is no way to contact them. I really need this xbox account back because I poured lots of money into it and I was not responsible for the actions that caused my account to get banned because I didn’t have access to it at the time.

    There is no way to contact the enforcement team except to file an appeal. You would have received an email with a link, which may take up to 48 hours to provide details

    The problem is that I already did, and I received a case review. But I wasn’t able to fulfill the requirements to have my Xbox account unbanned, and they said in an email that if I contacted support they would reopen the case review. The only problem is that support can’t reopen the case review, only the enforcement team can, and support can’t contact the enforcement team apparently

    I do find it interesting that some people see an Xbox Live subscription as similar to a Neflix or Amazon video subscription. With those, you just watch shows and films, you don't interact with other people. Xbox Live is an interactive community gaming service,
    because of this, it needs rules and you agreed to these rules when you signed up. It doesn't matter that you pay for it and you buy games for the system, you need to abide by the Code of Conduct.
