    I need to contact someone from the Xbox support team ASAP about a stuck transaction.


    I got an Xbox recently, tried to buy an Xbox game pass ultimate for 1 month. Turns out my region is not available, so I entered a US address for the billing address. Obviously, I got an error saying the addresses do not match. Now I cannot change my preferred billing and shipping address for my Microsoft account because a transaction is stuck on their end. This was said to me by a person from Microsoft's tech support. They told me to contact the Xbox support team. Now here's the funny part. I can call the support but my country is not on Xbox's region list. I cannot call them, I cannot chat with them so I am taking this issue here.

    Someone from the Xbox support team please give me an email or chat with me in any way possible. I want to solve the stuck transaction issue.

    You would have to go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to request a call back or chat with support. These forums are community based so we don't work for Microsoft.

    Hey mate. Thanks for the reply. Here's the issue I literally cannot contact the support through the xbox's support website.

    In order to call, I have to use my phone, but I don't see an option for my country.

    And I also do not see a "Chat with support" option. Only chat with another member of the community.

    I'm getting desperate here :/
