Discus and support I need to connect a different account to my psn in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've look at everything turned every stone and cannot find any solution all it seems like is Sony and Microsoft dodging the issue and offering no help...     I would like to confirm, are you trying to link a different Minecraft account (MS account) to your PSN account?

    Thank you for the confirmation. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in, Andrew. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

    For your information: As of March 15, 2023, please DO NOT unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so.

    Based from the article above, I don't think it's possible to link your PSN to a different account. As much as we would love here to help, we don't have the right tools or resources to access or check your in-game account. I recommend that you instead contact the Minecraft Support team by sending a ticket here https://aka.ms/Minecraft-Support for them to manually look into your account regarding your concern.

    Yes I am I added a ms account to My ps4 a while back and I got a new email and Microsoft account and I'm extremely frustrated

    I have the same issue. The difference is that I have never entered my MS account on my PS5 and accordingly never connected my MS account to my PSN account.



    I contacted PSN support and they answered me that I need to contact MS support because PSN support doesn't have any information about which MS accounts are connected to which PSN accounts when it comes to Minecraft connection to MS account for network gaming.

    So who on the MS side can tell me to which PSN account my MS account was already connected? I am pretty sure this is a glitch because I have never connected my account before yesterday when I got this message.
