My step mother put her account on my Xbox, and we no longer have contact with her, I'm looking to put my email on the account, my email has everything connected on the account is to this email just not the account it's self I have spent hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours, and don't want to lose it all, it's really limiting me to the things I do like the Xbox app, Xbox captures

Unfortunately you need to have access to the main account itself to change anything

Unfortunately there's no way around this. You can try contacting support directly to see if they'll help, because without access to that email, there's no way to add the alias.
