Sorry to hear you are having some billing issues. I'm assuming the Outlook page you are referring to is https://commerce.microsoft.com. If not head over there and click on the payment
options link. Verify that your billing information is correct first, then you can try and add the new payment method, followed by trying to remove the old payment method. If you have any issues with any of those steps I would recommend contacting Microsoft

here? if you have and that doesnt work your other 2 options would be to eather contact xbox support here or to go out and buy a prepaid card and enter the code either on xbox.com or
your console. let us know that that helps or resolves your issue
