    i need to change my email without using the app


    okay so my xbox account is linked to an old email I don't use anymore and cant remember the password to, I was wondering if there is a way I can change it without accessing the computer app because I need the email and password for my account and I cant
    remember them. is there another way I can do this?

    okay thank you, but regards to having to sign in to change my primary alias, as I cant do that because ive lost the password to that email, what am I supposed to do? is there another way I can log in and change it?
