I need to change my email but can’t log into the old one

I am very sorry there is no other way, proof of ownership such as ID or purchase history cannot gain you access either.

We have the same problem. I wanted to change email address’ as old email is no longer accessible. I have filled out the verification form twice. First attempt was met with a reply saying I had to contact my internet provider, second reply was congratulations we have verified your account. I still can’t log into profile as Microsoft are saying it’s going to take one month to change the details.

So in conclusion I can’t log into my profile as they’re sending verification codes to my old inaccessible email address...extremely frustrating!

No. I am able to sign into my Xbox live account using the log in info. But the email itself has expired/been deleted a long time ago so I can’t log into the email itself. So when I want to access/change my account info and it asks me to log into my email and find the verification code, I am unable to do so. Again, I know all the info for the old expired email, I just can’t log into for the verification codes because it’s expired

Well, I don't need to change my gamertag for my new (accidentally) created account. I just need to log back into my old xbox account.

And if I try to use my old gamertag, it says that it's already used. Trying to add a # makes it say that I need to have 12 characters or less.

My email doesn't access 2 accounts, it only accesses the new one and I can't log back into my old one.

I need help i changed my email to my xbox account but its still sending all my emails to the old one and it shows the the old as my email instead of my new one on games and when i register for things how do i change this??
