I need to cancel my deceased child's account and subscription

My child passed away last year in October and I have not been able to access their account and cancel their xbox live subscription. It's been over a year and my credit card keeps getting charged every month. I even requested a new card with a different 3
digit code, and the monthly charges continue. I have spent a year trying to figure out how to stop this, and frankly, i'm extremely frustrated at the lack of help from your company. I want the account deleted and the subscription cancelled and I DO NOT WANT
TO SEE ANOTHER CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT NEXT MONTH.

Please, someone get back to me about this before I seek legal representation to get this resolved. I'm at my wit's end here.

Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

My condolences. Your bank often thinks theyre being helpful transferring over recurring charges from recognized outlets to the new card. You should call them and tell them to remove any and all of these from your account as well

Had this been resolved, I have same issue. On child accounts within Xbox settings nothing is visible within subscriptions (also child billing associated to my email and credit card). Also on ms account online, nothing visible within subscriptions on the associated child member accounts. Epic games account also shows nothing within subscriptions (within my account it does show my previous cancelled subscription - done direct within Fortnite for an adult).

Any help appreciated, simply cannot see the child subscriptions anywhere.

I signed my son up for Fornite Crew on Xbox, but now want to cancel. We have tried for two weeks to cancel. He does not have his own Microsoft account. He has a child account under my Microsoft account. When I go into my account, the subscription is not there for me to cancel. When I go into his child account, it does not show there either nor on the Xbox site but it does show in his Fortnite profile that Fortnite Crew subscription is active. I tried the Microsoft web page but there is NO way to cancel. I also cannot cancel on Epic Games. I hope someone can help me as I keep on getting the Virtual Agent and no call back or assistance from a living person.
